Service Offered

Dogs: Feeding, changing water, potty breaks, *dog walking in your neighborhood (offered for non- leash reactive dogs!), playing, petting, ear and belly rubs, sit with, brushing, play ball or games, yard poop pick up (you provide the pooper scooper & bags), pill/medicate. (*Dog Walking service, when separate from Pet Sitting Service, is offered Tuesday -thru- Friday, 20-30 minutes maximum.)

Puppies: Potty breaks, feeding, playtime, *walks (non-leash reactive puppies), changing water, petting, ear and belly rubs, sit with, brushing, play ball or games, yard poop pick up (you provide the pooper scooper & bags), pill/medicate.  (*Walking service, when separate from Pet Sitting Service, is offered Tuesday -thru- Friday, 20-30 minutes maximum.)

Cats: Feeding, changing water, scoop out/clean litter boxes, brush, play with toys, pet, sit with, and pill/medicate.

Horses: Feeding, changing water, clean stall (run or paddock), pick out feet, grooming, lounging, treats, turn out to pasture and/or put away, western riding available on case by case basis only (Cindy is a Horse Trainer as well as Dog Trainer, in Western Riding). Fees based on a 30-45 minute maximum visit; an additional fee will apply accordingly if you require additional time for horse's needs.

House: Turn inside and outside lights on &/or off, open or close windows &/or curtains, retrieve mail &/or newspaper, put garbage in &/or out, water potted plants.

New Clients: Please call earlier, than later, to book your 1st Interview Appointment (as must be no later than 48 Hours prior to your departure date, 72 Hours notice preferred)! ~ "Thank You." 

*Rates

Initial Visit/Interview: 30-45 minutes, no charge. (Any follow ups thereafter, standard 30-45 minute per visit fee applies per visit.).

Due at first Visit/Interview: Paperwork to be completed by owner and signed, keys and codes given, and fees are due in full for booked time period.

Visit Time Frame: Roughly "30 to 45 minutes" maximum depending on clients needs.

1 Visit per day: $20.00 per 1 visit.

2 Visits per day: $36.00 (discounted so each visit is $18.00 a visit versus $20.00)

Additional Visits (more than 2 per day):$20.00 per 1 visit.

Dog Walking Service: 20-30 minutes maximum for $20.00 per visit.

Payment due in full for all visits booked at initial visit: Accept cash or check payable to "Cindy C. Smith".

Refund Policy: None ~ No refund policy, payment due in full per visit.  No refunds for early returns.

Emergency Vet Trip/Visit: Standard fees (per hour/visit) apply. For distances over 20 minutes one way, *mileage surcharges apply.

Holiday Rates: Same/No Additional Fee

No Additional fees for multiple pets.

Pilling/medicating pets included in Visit Fee/No additional charge. (Please note: IVs, sub-q fluids, or Injections not available service at this time.) 

Overnight Stay, Approximately 10:30p.m. - 6:00a.m.: Exception base only ~ extremely rare, if available, $100.00 per night.

*Additional Mileage Surcharge only assessed on driving distances/time over 15 minutes one way: Surcharge is assessed at 0.485 cents per mile over 15 minutes per 1 visit.
